Evidence-Based Policy

Research to inform policy design and advance the integration of Arab youth

About the Initiative

The Arab Community Programme is collaborating with the Aaron Institute for Economic Policy – a leading think tank on Arab society and economy – and the Government Authority for Economic Development. With Yad Hanadiv’s support, the Aaron Institute is conducting in-depth economic studies that provide a robust evidence base for informing government policy, while identifying key barriers to integrating Arab youth into the Israeli economy and society.

The research investigates topics such as Hebrew language acquisition and establishes long-term employment targets for Arab society through 2035. The partnership with the Aaron Institute also fosters broad cross-sector dialogue by convening government ministries, philanthropic foundations, local authorities, and civil society organisations to develop and advance shared goals.
