Who Can Apply? Candidates must be full-time faculty at Israeli institutions of higher learning. Emeritus faculty are not eligible to receive the Prize. Candidates must be permanent residents of Israel.
How to Apply? Nominations for 2026 Rothschild Prize in the Humanities and Social Sciences are now closed. Nominations for the 2028 Rothschild Prize in Mathematics, Computer Sciences, Engineering, Life Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Physical Sciences will open in 2027.
