Collective Impact

An innovative, cross-sector partnership designed to advance shared goals for the benefit of early childhood

About the Initiative

A collective impact initiative consisting of an innovative cross-sector effort that addresses systemic early childhood challenges through broad collaboration among social, academic, government, philanthropic and business partners was launched in 2025.

It seeks to expand government and local authorities’ responsibility for early childhood; increase the range and quality of services; equip parents and professionals to identify and prevent developmental delays; and establish early childhood as a distinct field of knowledge requiring dedicated training and research.

Led by Sheatufim, an organisation specializing in collective impact processes, the initiative is being carried out with the support of the Diane and Guilford Glazer Foundation. A network of partner organisations has been established to advance shared goals. The initiative also supports research, raises public awareness and engages the private sector.
