Resheet
Knowledge sharing and innovation to improve early childhood development and well-being
About the Initiative
Resheet – a national applied knowledge centre in early childhood – develops, tests and implements evidence-based models and approaches, and utilizes assessment and measurement tools, to improve the quality of services for young children. The organisation focuses on promoting positive adult–child interactions and strengthening language, emotional and social development from birth to age three.
Resheet generates new insights and consolidates existing knowledge, advances data infrastructure, and builds stronger connections between research and practice. It develops models that can be implemented nationwide, in partnership with government and other authorities.
The centre also serves as a professional home for important early childhood initiatives, including improving the quality of care in unregulated, home-based childcare settings. Resheet acts as a platform for collaboration with local authorities, government ministries, philanthropy and professional organisations, helping to deepen impact and build a strong foundation of innovation and applied knowledge. It operates in partnership with the Shashua Family Foundation.
