International Collaborations

About the Initiative

Yad Hanadiv views international collaboration as a central pillar in advancing academic excellence and strengthening Israel’s standing in the global scientific arena. To this end, it leads efforts to deepen ties between researchers and leading institutions in Israel and around the world. These include establishing the Israel Science Alliance – a collaboration between philanthropic foundations supporting Kalaniyot, an organisation that operates in research universities in the US and Canada, in partnership with the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities. These partnerships aim to secure and strengthen scientific collaboration between Israel and the world’s leading research institutions. In addition, a collaboration is being developed with the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton to increase the number of Israeli researchers taking part in its programmes.

Collectively, these initiatives are designed to ensure that Israeli scientists remain active and influential members of the global scientific community.
