Bett Conference for Education Technology

About the Project

Each year, the Bett conference – one of the world’s leading education technology events – brings together thousands of entrepreneurs, educators, decision makers and innovative companies from around the globe to showcase advanced teaching and learning solutions.

At the most recent conference, the international GESAwards (Global Ed-Tech Start-Ups Awards) competition took place, led by MindCET, with the aim of promoting education start-ups that have a social impact. One of the competition tracks, which focused on language literacy and was initiated by Yad Hanadiv, attracted more than 100 applications.

Four initiatives were selected as winners – Capital Learning, EDDY, eKidz and GoMulti by TinyTap. In the coming year, they will run pilot programmes in elementary schools in Israel’s periphery, supporting teachers to advance Hebrew and English literacy via innovative learning tools.
