Welcome to Yad Hanadiv’s Website (hereinafter: ‘Yad Hanadiv’, the ‘Foundation’ or ‘we’) at: www.yadhanadiv.org.il (hereinafter: the ‘Website’).

Your access to and use of the Website is governed by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Website in any manner, you confirm your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms of Use, including the Website’s Privacy Policy, as periodically amended. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use (in whole or in part), you must not access or use the Website.

1.1 The Website operates as a source of information about Yad Hanadiv, its fields of activity, initiatives and content, and is intended for visitors’ personal, non-commercial use.

3.4  Without limiting the foregoing, you may share or quote content from the Website in accordance with fair use,, provided that a clear attribution of the source as ‘Yad Hanadiv’ appears and, where possible, a link is provided to the page on the Website where the content is found.

4.1 You undertake to use the Website lawfully, reasonably, in good faith and in accordance with these Terms of Use.

5.3 Yad Hanadiv is not responsible for the content, terms of use, privacy policies or any damage caused as a result of browsing such websites or using them. Any entry to third-party websites is at your sole responsibility.

6.1 Yad Hanadiv does not undertake that the Website will operate continuously, without malfunctions, errors or interruptions, or that it will be immune from unauthorised access, failures, damage or other defects.

6.2 Yad Hanadiv may, at any time and without prior notice:

7.4 Without derogating from the above, if and to the extent that a competent court determines that Yad Hanadiv bears any liability, its aggregate liability, for any cause and in respect of any event, shall be limited to the maximum amount permitted under applicable law, and in any event to an amount not exceeding NIS 1,000.

9.1 These Terms of Use and use of the Website shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
9.2 Exclusive jurisdiction in any matter relating to these Terms of Use, use of the Website or arising therefrom shall be vested solely in the competent courts in the City of Jerusalem.
