About the Initiative<\/h2>\n \n \n

The Arab Community Programme is collaborating with the Aaron Institute for Economic Policy \u2013 a leading think tank on Arab society and economy \u2013 and the Government Authority for Economic Development. With Yad Hanadiv\u2019s support, the Aaron Institute is conducting in-depth economic studies that provide a robust evidence base for informing government policy, while identifying key barriers to integrating Arab youth into the Israeli economy and society.<\/p>\n

The research investigates topics such as Hebrew language acquisition and establishes long-term employment targets for Arab society through 2035. The partnership with the Aaron Institute also fosters broad cross-sector dialogue by convening government ministries, philanthropic foundations, local authorities, and civil society organisations to develop and advance shared goals.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n \n
